New TP!

MA have built a new apartment complex called Billton which is just south of New Oxford. It also has its own TP which now makes fifteen in total on Amethera.

it is a bit tough to get to...

if you go west from new oxford as you approach the sphinx turn left should be str8 south once you clear the buildings on either side start heading west by southwest apx 200 meters or so it's at the middle building of the 3 or 4 apt buildings...
