I don't have any real problems, other then I still have not become rich, and all women look angry to me, or at me.  That may be my problem, but it would be nice to see happier ladies, rather then all these grumpy ones.

As Argh said:
1... New land to the west (purple land area) half way between the first tp & the NW tp on the white land... 2 of us got stuck, as in could not move at all.. tried tp chip we tp'd but when landed still could not move.. tp jumped again & the same thing.. only way to resolve it was to T-out (hitting T key)....

2...Being logged out for over 1 hour although my avatar was still logged in-game...
Although i sent 3 reports to MA i still remained logged out for over an hour...

3... I am suffering from the NO loot syndrome too .. not even a global from my pants which my bp is up to 67 & i have been regularly been globalling & hoffing .. so something is amiss... i am looting 97 pec from mobs... something is wrong here....

The "Your avatar is already logged on" can sometimes be a misleading message. What happens is that the server fails to log in your avatar correctly. We can see that you have been able to log in again after you filed this support ticket. Should you still have login problems or other technical issues, you are always welcome to file a new support ticket.

So Argh & Kilky, thats the kind of support we can expect to see from MA...

Well when I blitz them with this lot they will have to do something ... I hope but as a soc we have invested a whole lot of money into this game (oops sorry it's not a game)

This is what i have sent to MA today...

After the new VU i had been getting a message saying i had to enable Ads to have access to higher loots..
I asked in Soc what this meant..
I was told to uncheck (untick) the disable ads in my options on the login screen... This facility was NOT checked (was blank / unticked) so enabling ads all along...

Since the new VU i have not had a decent loot over 2peds...
I have my Basic pattern pants bp @ 63. & was starting to global & hof b4 the VU but now i have spent 400 peds just on fine textiles & nothing ... not even a pair of 7 ped pants... This is not usual for me...
I have spent over £3000.00 in this Universe & am on the verge of selling up & going back to play on Everquest II...
Pls resolve this problem for me asap...
Also..
I have been having a problem in the new purple area of Amethera heading West to the North white new land..
I have been getting stuck (can't move)
I have tried tp'ing (with my tp chip) and land then still can't move...
I gather that this is a common problem atm seeing as i had our Soc on a tp run (I am a Colonel of Advantage).. It happened to ALL of our Soc members...

I am now suffering from the same issue as Buxxy.  The MA server goes down and I still show logged in I have sent a support case.  We'll see where it goes.  Last time this happened to me they blamed it on my system and it lasted for 3 days.

And... It's happened again.. i "lost connection" @ 11:02 pm (GMT) and kept trying to log in & getting the Ur avatar is already logged on, pls try again in 1 minute...
That was 5 mins ago.. i will try 1 more time, then am going to bed

In addition to the bugs described earlier, there is [color=maroon:1bf45kbl]one ray of hope [/color:1bf45kbl]  .........I had an unlimited ammo glitch. I had seven rounds of ammo left and must have shot 200 more before I died........the sad thing was when I revived MA resolved that glitch quickly.

I can't say that since I've been back I've noticed any major problems. The only one I had was yesterday, I had to relog as I could only see sky on my screen. relog fixed it.

Still invisible avatar/team mate bug exists after teleportation to revival terminals

If a tp chip is used position changes but you are still stuck in the new position (I personally had to tp chip all the way wnw to the sea area before I could move, I was heading for the Solfais Crater teleporter

Major lag problems in the new land areas

General invisible avatar bug on login in requiring repeat frequent re logs

General swimming issues where there appears to be no bottom to the water areas requiring swimming just below the surface in order to navigate

Another avatar related problem when logging in is the avatar already logged in message please try again after one minute, this can carry on for several hours.

This has affected all members of my society to a greater or lesser degree regardless of country of origin


Major drop in loot amounts and frequency Calypso-wide regardless of activity being undertaken (Hunting Crafting Mining etc). This has again affected most of the soc members all over the world

Please could you look into this as soon as possible as several of my members are on the verge of selling up and quitting and I have worked hard to build this soc up over the past few months we are a relatively new soc that has grown very quickly I do not want to see all the members disappear to other alternate MMORPG's

Thanx for taking the time to do that on behalf of us as a Soc JJ...
As u know (I showed u yesterday) i myself had submitted a support issue & had gotten much the same response...
I was then told (advised) to uninstall/reinstall EU...
They said that they had checked my avatar & could see nothing amiss (hmm Typical)...

Anyways... as far as the loots thing, i seem to be fixed for now *YAY*
I looted  10 & 11 ped loots today (1x each) and a couple of 5 pedders & a few 4's... so looks like i am back to normal
(hopefully)

As for the Ametherian land, i have pretty much stayed away from it since the last time we got stuck...
I will have a go later & try & run Bunny for her last tp there

The main problem i am having is when sweating, extra long concentration and sweating phases, costing me extra armour decay and focus, it happened to me today and i had to relog several times, also costing me focus (mind essence cost). Also there seems to be a bug that stops my avatar limb movement, i can move but not turn properly, it's like watching a manequinn running
