Yesterday, when walking the dog, I shot this. It's about four minutes of walking from my house....Click and enjoy.

I love wooded areas < not for riding dirt bikes in> for hiking and camping.  Maybe I should post a picture from an ice storm, which is high on my list of great shots.   Good shots Jax

Oh my, that was some wonderful pics! Sometimes it's fun to play around with good pics, enhance or supress parts of it (not to improve it, just make it different). I did that on the first one, just to see what happened. I removed the color to make the red thing come out stronger and make it more "winterish". The original is still better though...

Thanks guys, its rare to take a really good picture as you both know.  This was even more unusual, as power was out all over, and I had to borrow a digital camera to even take the pictures.  Although it can't be seen in these pictures, there were trees laying on the ground all over, because of the weight of the ice breaking them.
