Links to Forum Topics not working

The links on the main page to recent forum topics do not seem to be working.  Atleast the link about the D/L Mapping pages being broken link doesnt seem to work for me.

I get the following error.

"The requested topic does not exist"

Ok also fixed had the module set up incorrectly
